please bring tennis shoes as well as your swim suit! Depending on how It feels we may get in!

We have combined some age groups for practice times this year to help balance the ratio of swimmers/coaches at each practice. Here is the updated schedule:

9 and up: 8:30-9:30

7/8's: 9:30-10

6 and under: 10-10:45
