Good afternoon!  

It is hard to believe that we only have 2 weeks left of this swim season!  The invitational is quickly approaching!  

For those of you new to the team, the invitational is a swim meet hosted at Westfield High School.  It includes all 4 teams in our league.  It will begin earlier than a normal swim meet and will be longer.  Because of the logistics of having 4 teams together, I will have less control over the heat sheet.  I will be sending our entries in this week.  I need to know who will be attending the swim meet before this THURSDAY (June 20th).  After I send it, I will not be able to change entries.  Therefore, please communicate in advance if you foresee a conflict or a change in your swimmers status.  

After this week, I will not have access to modify or change the heat sheet for the invitational.
